Welcome to The Sisu Society (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website (https://www.sisusociety.com), purchasing our services, or participating in our programs, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
The Sisu Society provides coaching, training, and development services, including one-on-one and group coaching, digital courses, training programs, subscription-based memberships, workshops, and webinars. These services are designed to support personal and professional growth, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes. The effectiveness of our programs depends on your commitment, effort, and application of the strategies provided.
3. Payments and Subscription Terms
For one-time purchases, including courses and coaching services, full payment is required before you gain access to any materials or sessions. If a payment plan is offered, you must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule.
For subscription-based programs, enrollment in an annual subscription requires a 12-month commitment, during which you will be billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you agree to complete all twelve payments, regardless of usage or participation. Subscriptions will not renew automatically. If you choose to cancel before the full term is complete, you are still responsible for paying the remaining balance. Subscription fees may change at the Company’s discretion, with at least 30 days’ notice provided before renewal.
4. No Refund Policy
All purchases, including coaching packages, courses, and subscription fees, are non-refundable. If you choose to discontinue participation in a program, you will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Missed scheduled coaching sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
5. Coaching vs. Therapy Disclaimer
The Sisu Society, its coaches, trainers, and staff does not provide therapy, mental health treatment, or crisis intervention services. Coaching is a professional relationship focused on achieving personal and professional goals and is not a substitute for therapy, psychological counseling, or medical care. If you require mental health support, you are encouraged to seek assistance from a licensed therapist or mental health provider working in that capacity. If you are in crisis or experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911 or a crisis hotline for immediate assistance.
6.Client Responsibilities
By engaging in our coaching and training programs, you agree to actively participate in the process, communicate openly and honestly, and take full responsibility for implementing the strategies and recommendations discussed. Your commitment to the program is essential to achieving the best results.
7. Confidentiality
Confidentiality is an important aspect of our coaching relationship. While information shared in coaching sessions will remain private, please note that the coach-client relationship is not protected under legal confidentiality privileges such as doctor-patient or attorney-client privilege. Confidentiality may be broken in cases where disclosure is required by law.
